Account & Data Deletion

ExatheGo and Exathe Accounts

CAUTION! This process will result in permament data loss. To delete your Exathe/ExatheGo account, follow these steps:

• While logged in, go to your Account in the app.
• Click the name card next to the profile icon.
• Scroll to and click Delete Account.
• You will be prompted to confirm your choice, and/or verify your choice. Do so.
• That's it! Your account, associated personal data, associated account data, and all other data directly linked to you will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
• To log in next time, you'll have to create a new account. A deleted account cannot be recovered.
